Our Purpose

The Intermountain General Baptist Convention, Incorporated is a body of Christian fellowships within the states of Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. The purpose of this Convention of churches shall be to promote the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; to advance the interest of the Kingdom of God at home and abroad; to support Christian institutions and make grants of aid to students; and to sustain the principles of Baptist faith and practice. This Convention is a member of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.
